My name is Marjorie McDonald and I am a photographer living in Millbrook, Ontario.
Photography is my emotional outlet. What is in my heart and mind combine with what I see through my lens to create these images. The entire process, from picking up my camera, to joining with the peace of my surroundings and discovering my subject, to finally processing the image, is cathartic in a way that for me isn’t possible any other way.
I work in predominantly nature and macro photography to find hidden wonder in the things I see every day. I look beyond the ordinary to find the extraordinary.
